I have just updated to the latest version of the video downloader, but much ore often than not, downloads just stop without completing. There doesn't seem to be a way restart an inactive download on the control panel. I am using a MacBook Air running on YOsemite 10.10. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Unfortunately we do not have a way to restart a download that has failed. Can you say what site you are downloading from that frequently fails? Is it mostly from one particular site?
The next time you get a lot of failed downloads, can you send the log file to us? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking the Find Log File button.
