Sorry for the long delay in my reply!
It looks like you are using version 1.3.3. YouTube are now streaming over HTTPS so we had to change the way Jaksta works. Can you try upgrading to the latest version 1.4.4:
Make sure you leave the Jaksta app in your Applications folder and make sure you are running the new version that you have installed - you should be able to go to About Jaksta in the menu and verify that it's version 1.4.4.
Let us know if you still can't get it to work.

I have been using Jaksta regularly (3 copies, one iMac currently 'down') since around 2012 and very pleased with it. Thank you.
However about a month ago there were occasions when it didn't download ... waited ... then it did!!
Now it doesn't download at all. i use it on BBC radio (and occasionally tv). I have tweaked the settings but no effect.
What can I send which may help?

Sorry Robert - I misread the notices when I didn't answer your original question. I can see that you are still using Jaksta version 1.3.3. Try upgrading to the latest version:
Bill - thanks for the log. Unfortunately Jaksta (for Mac) does not currently work with BBC iPlayer. We are looking into fixing this as soon as we can. Also you will see better results in general with the latest version (see the link above).
