Hi , I am on El capitan and I have installed the newest beta.

Every time I enable jaksta recording mode ,my dropbox stops syncing . It says that it can't establish a secure connection.

Also , when the recording mode is enabled some sites like chaturbate and cam4 load very slowly if not at all.

Plus when I reset a stream, in previous versions the stream would be re-added ,no it will not.

And lastly , sometimes when I try to record cam4 streams jaksta quits. 

Can I fix those problems ?

I have the same issue. Downloaded the latest update (haven't updated in a long while) and cannot now use Jaksta at all. I use Mavericks. Dropbox goes dead when Jaksta loads. Firefox omplains about invalid certificates on Facebook, Youtube etc. and refuses to load these sites. Approving the Jaksta certificate in Firefox works, but does nothing for Dropbox. Please fix asap. I don't want to trust everything to Jaksta's certificate. i want to trust the sites' own certificates.

 

So after all these days, noone is going to answer from the support ?

Sorry for the long delay. The newest version is now 1.4.6:

If you are still getting sites loading very slowly while Jaksta is running, can you send us your log file the next time this occurs? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking Find Log File. Also make sure you have "Always Record HTTP" and "Always Record RTMP" unticked in the Downloads tab of the Preferences. We have not been able to reproduce this issue here with cam4 or chaturbate.

If you are seeing Firefox not trusting certificates, try loading this page from Firefox while Jaksta is running:

http://localhost/jaksta.cer

Dropbox is a more difficult issue - we are looking into this. Sorry we don't have a fix for it yet.

The security issue is happening on almost every app . Even safari and iTunes. I can't purchase anything with Jaksta on.

Also the problem with cam4 and chaturbate : when you refresh a tab with a cam that is being recorded,the stream ends and it doesn't restart recording. I have to restart Jaksta.

Regarding pages being stuck refreshing, thanks for the log. Unfortunately I could not see anything that looked like an obvious problem occurring. Are you able to check:

Does Jaksta say Downloading or Recording?

Does closing the tab kill the download?

Does closing the tab and then re-opening it via a link restart the download? Or is it the same as refreshing the page?

Unfortunately you will probably need to close Jaksta in order to purchase through the iTunes app.

Safari on the other hand should work with no problem including logging into apple.com. Can you say what you see in Safari? Are you able to send us a screenshot of what it looks like?
