Hi Robert,
Thanks for the log. Are you able to send us a link to the video that you are trying to capture from? It looks like Jaksta has simply not been able to pick it up.
Also are you running a virtual private network on your machine? Jaksta seems to be basically working if you are able to capture YouTube, but sometimes these can cause interference.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi Robert,
I was able to capture video from the link that you sent. Can you try capturing video again from this or another video that doesn't work, and when it fails, send the log file to us again before closing Jaksta down?
I'm guessing the log file was wiped when you started Jaksta so it didn't have a record of what happened when you tried to record.
Thanks,
Ben

Hey Ben,
I tried it again and it worked. I don't know what to say - some sort of user malfunction? :-(
Anyway, thank you very much for being there and I apologize for wasting your time.
Sincere Regards,
Robert
Hi Robert,
No problem, glad to hear it has started working!

Hello,
I obtained Jaksta 1.4.6 today. I am running it on OS X 10.11.1 with Safari 9.0.1. I successfully captured a video from youtube.com. I visited another website and started a video (Flash I believe) but no activity was displayed in the Jaksta window..
How can I go about troubleshooting this?
I have attached a Jaksta log file which I produced by: 1) Quit Jaksta, 2) Delete Jaksta log file, 3) Start Jaksta, 4) Start problematic video, 5) Stop problematic video, 6) Quit Jaksta, 7) Attach Jaksta log file,
BTW: I have some Safari extensions installed:
