When I try to start an amazon movie nothing happens, but works fine on youtube and other sites? Am I doing something wrong?

Are you able to send us a specific link to an amazon movie that does not work? Unfortunately the URL did not show in the logs.

Are you able to check that you are able to download from sites such as YouTube or DailyMotion?

Do you see any error messages when you start up Jaksta?

Which browser are you using? Does changing between Safari/Chrome/Firefox make a difference?

Sorry for the lag. But seem to have a problem with Amazon. For example,

isn't working either. But youtube and others work?

Sorry about the delay in my reply over the holidays.

Unfortunately it looks like we cannot capture these videos from Amazon at the moment, at least with the Mac version. I have made a note of this, we will looking in adding support for them in a future update.

You may be able to use a screen capture product such as Jaksta Screen Recorder instead for these videos.
