My Jaksta Uptimate does not work on my Mac updated OS X El Capitain- ver 10.11.1

I get this warning for the past month that" Configuration Daemon is Not Running" each time I launch Jaksta- in order to get rid of it, i have quit the app! This is so annoying,, m this is happen on All of My Jaksta! 1,4,0 ( 162) 

I can not record anything or use any of my Jaksta app that I had purchased! Please help as this has been over a month! 

Please send me a update to fix all of the bugs for all of Jaksat App, especialy The Ultimate! each time, i check for an update onmy jaksta, it says I have the latest veriosn- but I don;t cause my app does not work any more! PPLLLLEASSSE HELPPPP! Thanks!

Can you download and install the latest version 1.4.6:

Unfortunately El Capitan broke the earlier versions. Let us know if there is any further trouble.

Hi Ben, I  did it a few hours ago, the error message is gone but I can no longer record any webinars  etc, like before. Why as it use to be so easy for it to download a webinar and now nothing happens?

Has this Media recorder replace "Ultimate?"

Hi Lisa,

Sorry to hear that. Can you try recording from a webinar and then when it fails to pick up anything, can you send the log file to us? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking Find Log File.

Also are you able to send us a link a few links to webinars that don't work anymore?
