I notice these .fix files when jaksta I assume for some reason can't capture a full file. With that said I wonder how can I utilize these files to fix the videos so I can watch them in.

Unfortunately there is not much you can do with these yourself. They are used when combining parts of streams at the end of the download. The details are technical though and not really something you can do by hand as far as I know.
