You have changed to using 192.168.0.22 on port 5021 and the message from windows is now
"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 192.168.0.22:5021"
Slingboxs almost always stream on 5001 from what I have seen so if the IP is correct use 5001 as the port.
I logged into Slinbox to identify the IP as 192.168.0.22:5021 Attached are the latest logs.
The slingbox IP you have used is 192.168.1.5 and the port is 5001.
The error windows error is "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond".
There is either no slingbox at this IP on this port number, something (like a firewall) is stopping the connection or you already have an app connected to the slingbox - they only support one connected app.
A reboot of the slingbox might also work if it has hung or something.
