please see attached logs I am unable to record or connect to my slingbox

Your logs are showing:

2016-07-25 12:04:34,952 [16704] INFO cg [(null)] - SlingRecorder: Failed to login

Your admin password is not correct, or your trying to connect to a model that is not supported. Supported models are solo, pro hd, and av.
