Hello! I'm a long-time Jaksta user and have not had any problems recording from Medici.tv (to which I have a paid subscription) until I upgraded my OS to 10.11.6 El Capitan. Jaksta simply didn't record anything. So, I downloaded the latest Jaksta software, 1.5.0. Still absolutely nothing happens. It doesn't crash, but it doesn't record anything. Tried it on various sites. Any solutions appreciated.

Does it work for YouTube?

Can you visit Medici.tv and maybe another site that it doesn't work for, and then send the log file to us? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking the Find Log File button.

L Rowan, that sounds like the installation did not work properly. Can you try downloading this version and installing it again:

http://download.shedworx.com/jaksta/beta/Jaksta.pkg

If you still see the same message can you send the log file to us? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking the Find Log File button.
