What do you see when you try to record? Is there no reaction at all from Jaksta?

Are you able to send us links to a couple of videos that won't record?

Thanks for the log - I see what you mean. Are you willing to provide us with a login username and password so we can test this site? Email it to support@jaksta.com (don't post in the forum as this is public). You can change the password afterwards.

If you are not comfortable with this then that's okay, but can you say whether you get this same response from every video in audiovideoweb.com? Or just this particular one? Do other sites such as YouTube work?

Jaksta doesnt do anything when I play the video.  Please find the current jaksta log file attached

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately it looks like Jaksta is simply not able to capture from this site at the moment. I will put this on our list to look at, we will add support for it in a future update if we can. 

A screen recording app such as Jaksta Screen Recorder may still be able to capture videos in the meantime. Sorry I can't be of more help here.
