That sounds like the Jaksta proxy has not installed properly or has lost permissions.
Can you try installing it again from here:
If it still doesn't work, can you send the log file to us? You can find it by going to the Jaksta Preferences and clicking Find Log File.
This new link allowed Safari to resume functionality, but the downloads resulted in a zero byte file which were .mp4.

Also can you say which site you are capturing from? Can you send us a link to the video?
When I start monitoring, all browsers unable to connect to the internet. When I stop monitoring, everything comes back. I updated today and now it's not possible to get Jaksta to work. Please help.
