Sorry for the very late reply, I somehow missed your thread!

Unfortunately I'm not able to test that site from here at the moment. Can you say exactly what you see when you try to capture it?

Does it work with other sites such as YouTube, or does it not work at all?

The next time this occurs, can you send us the log file? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking the Find Log File button.
