Problems changing Channel

My problem is the same and also how to select channel 5.2 for example on over the air.
At setup.slingbox.com, Under configure inputs, I found a checkbox asking if I needed an enter signal after I selected a channel, I thought this would solve the issue but it did not.

On my TV system, after I type in channel, I must press ENTER to get the channel to change.
The recorder sends correct channel to my Slingbox but channel doesnt change
Have you run across this issue before?
