When I start Youtube, everything is oke. When I start Netflix, nothing works. What do I have to do?

Jaksta for Mac cannot capture directly from Netflix as it uses encryption. We are not legally allowed to break encryption.

Your best bet is to use a screen recording app such as Jaksta Screen Recorder. This will capture Netflix video direct from the screen (after the browser has decrypted it). But this means you would need to leave the video onscreen for the full duration.
