As of the last few days, I haven't been able to record the BBC iPlayer (I've been trying radio) on Jaksta.
I have the latest version of Jaksta.

I've attached the Jaksta log file.
I've tried a range of BBC radio and tv programmes. All come up with an error message. (Also, happens with Replay Media Catcher).
I get an error message in 'Status'.
This also comes up in the 'Name': 'pc_hd_abr_v2_uk_dash_master'.
*I'm using a Mac.
The problem didn't exist two weeks ago.
'http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b08606yr' is just one URL but all are affected on the BBC. I've tried a few.
Please note: with the latest BBC radio programmes, I can't record at all! Very strange.

It seems like BBC iPlayer Radio have changed their streaming methods and we can't capture them on the Mac at the moment - we will be looking into fixing this as soon as we can if possible. This should only apply to BBC Radio - videos should still work.
Thanks, Ben. I've noticed that, although it's recording video, whenever I open the video recording to play it, a message pops up saying that it not compatible with QuickTime Player.
I hope both problems can be fixed soon.

With this video problem, can you say what site you are recording the videos from? Is this still BBC iPlayer?
If you right click (or Control-click) on the file in the list and choose Reveal in Finder, it should show the file in a folder named Converted. The other is one folder level up and should have the same name but a different 3 letter file extension. What size are these files? Are they multiple megabytes, or are they tiny?
Can you send us the log file? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking Find Log File.
BBC iPlayer Radio has been causing problems for a while now, but our next update should rectify it.
You will most likely get a notification about the new version in the next few weeks.

The updated Jaksta is working fine, thank you! However, as I need to pay at the reduced rate as an existing customer, my old activation code doesn't work for some peculiar reason in order for me to obtain the discount. Plus, my old email address is no longer active (email@example.com). Please help my emailing my activation code to 'firstname.lastname@example.org' so I can pay the reduced rate. Thank you!
After checking our records system, I believe you are all sorted with the new Deluxe bundle.
