I use Jaksta 1.4.0 (143) for Macbook (Yosemite v 10.10.5. I haven't been able to record anything, particularly from this site and even Youtube. 

Can anyone help?

Sorry for the long delay. Can you try upgrading to the latest version (this is a free upgrade):

If it still does not work, can you try capturing from YouTube and also from 1spotmedia and then when it fails send the log file to us? You can find the log by going to the Preferences and clicking the Find Log File button.
