Jaksta

I am recording audiobooks from TuneIn online.

When the files download in Jaksta, it says it's got the complete file and lists the right duration. If I play them in Jaksta, they are also the right length.

But when I look at the files in finder, they've all been shrunk to the same size and duration. I open them in itunes and except for the first file, they've been weirdly truncated.

Anyone know what's going on?

Hi Lawrence,

There should be two versions of the file in Finer. One is in a folder named Converted. The other is one folder level up and should have the same name but a different 3 letter file extension. Do they both seem truncated?

Can you send us the log file? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking Find Log File.
