With FF closed try the following:
Settings > Internet Downloads > Advanced > HTTP
Click the Reinstall FireFox HTTPS monitor button.

Are you having this same problem in any other browsers, or just Firefox?
Could you also please send us a log file? You can find the log file in Jaksta by going to the Preferences and clicking the Find Log File button.

There are two ways to go about fixing this:
1. While Jaksta is running, visit this link in Firefox:
2. In Firefox go to the Firefox menu at the top of the screen and choose Preferences. Then choose Advanced at the left and then the Network tab along the top. Click Settings... and select "Use system proxy settings..."
