When I download anything from this site: http://1spotmedia.com/ the downloader starts recording two files. It appears that one is audio (without video) and the other is the video (without audio). Is there anyway to change this so that I get the video with the audio? I have a Mac running Yosemite.

Hi there,
Unfortunately it seems as though it is the site that Jaksta has a problem with.
We have made a record of it and we will attempt to get this fixed on our next update.
