Can you please send us a link so that we can test it and see if we have the same problem.
What has probably happened is that they have changed their streaming mechanism to something new that Jaksta has a problem with. We will do our best to cover this with a future update.
That being said, I can see on our system that you are running Jaksta Media Converter for Windows, which does operate differently to the Mac version.
If that is the case, try posting your issue to the Windows section of the Forums (this is the Mac section) and the support team might hopefully be able to address your specific problem there, without the need to wait for a new update.
