I have a problem with Jaksta forgot my pw so requested a pw reset - webpage says you're sending me a mail - but NOTHING - no mail, no junk - did it again & again & again but still nothing! Have had to set up a new account to raise a ticket... Whats going on?
No sure sorry. The support system is hosted by freshdesk and we would need to trace it through them to see where your email has gone.
