Are there any files in C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Jaksta? If so can you please zip them up and attach them to this ticket so we can see.

I downloaded the newest version of Jaksta 6.0.1.64 for Windows, installed it, and chose the reboot now option.
When I try to open the program, a blue circle appears, spins for a moment, then disappears.
The program never runs, nor do I see it pop up on the task manager.
Any suggestions?
