Can you please provide a link for us to test, as well as send through a log file.
You can find the log file in Jaksta Media Recorder by going to Preferences > General > Find Log File
Please send through the whole file and not just a copied section of code. Gets a bit messy of we do that.
A screenshot and a more accurate description of the problem would help as well.
