trying to record on you tube says download complete when I look at file it has zero bytes googlevideo.com  (site)

Hi Curt,


Start by doing a reinstall in case there is something broken in Jaksta that needs to be reset.


If it continues after reinstalling, can you please send through some links to the videos that are giving you problems?


Also a log file would be handy. You can find the log file in Jaksta by going to Preferences > General > Find Log File.

Hi Curt,


When I tested the link that you you have just sent through the download is successful and I get a playable file. This suggests that the problem most likely lies in your setup or machine.


Can you please send through log file itself rather than just copying and pasting the code here. There is a lot of info in them and what we have here is only a very small portion of the initial startup process, so I can't really get anything from it. 


Also, did you try doing a reinstall yet?

Could I get you to send through the log file itself?


You can find the log file in Jaksta Music Recorder by going to Preferences > General > Find Log File.


Then just select the file and drag it into your reply email.
