JAKSTA NOT WORKIN ON SIERRA

WHY  I CANT CHANGE SONG name on Jaksta

with the new update on Sierra ay 30 2017

Hi Salvador,


That is odd as you should have no issues renaming files in Jaksta.


You could start by trying to do a hard reinstall of the app - uninstall, reboot, reinstall.


If there is something broken in the program then a reinstall should reset and fix it.


If the problem persists, can you please send a screenshot?

On napster record the song with extra 15 to 45 seconds maybe that's why don't tags the name of the song

When using audio capture mode (assuming that is what you are using for Napster) you need to get the run time and the audio capture as close to the original, genuine recording in order to get the track lookup to name it correctly.

I find a way around play the same song again later and check are the same length

Do you mean to say that you are no longer experiencing your original problem? Or are you still having issues?

On napster sometimes need to play the song again later to record and tagging the name I see when recording with extra 15 seconds to 1 minute extra don't tag the name and you have the first 15 seconds to 60 two times like restart the song again I noticed with the new update on sierra before I noticed that with other players but come with the tags right on that time just delete the file and download again
