You could start by doing a reinstall and see if that resets the program to work properly.

If it continues, can you provide any more details about your problem? A screenshot may help as well.

Once we have a bit more info there should be some other things we can try if we need to.

Are you able to provide any other technical details?

Things like the version of Jaksta your are running and your OS version.

A link to a problem video would also be good so I can test it.

It may sound to obvious, but do you have the monitoring turned on?
