Use the DVR and the quick link for Amazon which will auto config and launch the DVR browser. IN the DVR Browser, navigate to and play the video you want to capture and then click the record button.
If you want to configure manually then the Settings > DVR > DVR Browser Type should be set to "Browser Control" and the Browser Emulation set to "IE 10 Default".

still I get 4 mins at the most and screen is black
Please provide your debug logs as per https://support.jaksta.com/discussions/topics/6000009063. Make sure you switch debug on before starting to DVR and collect them when it terminates.

What settings do I need to DL videos from anazon so far I can only get a few mins and sometimes the vid is blank with sound
