As its password protected can you please email your login credentials to support@jaksta.com so we can have a look for you on how to capture it. Reference this post in your email.
Thanks for your credentials. Testing shows it captures fine here using AUTO detection mode.
Try the following:
1. Clear your browser's cache - the video may be cached if you have already watched it.
2. Ensure AUTO is on before you go to nrsng.com
