How do I make Jaksta Media Recorder NOT try to download my torrents when I'm doing Peer-to-peer file transfer?

I am trying to download a file from a P2P torrent host site. I have been using and have grown accustomed to a BitTorrent client called 'Deluge'. Every time I tell the torrent host to download a file instead of calling 'Deluge' to do the downloading the Jaksta Media Recorder gets invoked and tries to do the download. I DO NOT want to use Jaksta for downloading torrents. How do I turn it off or disable it from trying to download my torrents?
I am running on a Windows 10 system and using the Chrome browser.

Uninstall JMR, when reinstalling uncheck "Register as Torrent client"
