Sorry, you can't DVR full screen, but
Turn off Settings > DVR > Request Best Output Size and you can adjust the size.
Please read the tool tips for the button and the width and height though. DVR'ing greater than 1/4 of your screen will no doubt not be good quality unless you have one hell of a graphics card ;)
