Hi Robert,
My best guess would be that the changes audio capture mode makes to your output settings are not reverting when you close/uninstall it. This is NOT normal and is quite odd, but should be easily fixable.
When you use audio capture mode it changes the output settings so that it can capture the audio, but if they remain set this way then there will be no sound from the speakers.
What you will need to do is go to System Preferences > Sound > Output and then make sure it is set to Internal Speakers. Also, make sure under Input it IS set to Soundflower (2ch)
If it is doing what I think it is doing, then it might currently be set to Soundflower (2ch), so change it from that. This is the setting that Jaksta Music Recorder changes to and should switch back when it is closed.
If this resolves your main problem and you would like to further investigate your other issues/crashes, let me know and we can look into it.
Regards
Liam

Hi, i tried to use the trial of music recorder & it crashed when i selected audio capture mode. Since then, the only audio that comes out of chrome & the tidal app only comes out when i open music recorder app & have it running in the background! The Music Recorder app still crashes if the streaming option is selected as active & does nothing when on streaming! I have used the app delete app to remove all Jaksta apps & settings, and also reboot the mac multiple times. i even tried re-installing, and even using the applian music program & it works the same! I cannot have this. Please assist ASAP! thanks.
