after a couple of years away from jaksta and computer music, i have tried to get back to it today. i downloaded the new music miner version to use on my macbook pro with sierra 10.12.6, and tried to stream both spotify and youtube music, and nothing happened. what am i doing wrong, i had watched the quick start video and seemed to do what it suggested.
hopeing you can help
Which version are you now running?
Regardless, stream downloads will not work with Spotify as they have built in protocols that block capturing from programs like Jaksta.
As a workaround, we have a new setting called Audio Capture Mode in the new version that records the audio being sent to the speakers rather than the stream itself.
But if nothing is capturing from YouTube then will be a separate issue.
thanks Liam for your suggestion. sounds like i should buy the new version and use the audio capture mode if needed. is there any discount for past Jaksta users? ronnie
