After repeated attempts of reinstailing Jaksta, the activation key cannot be used

 After a Windows 10 actualization, Jaktsa Media Recorder did not start correctly. The window "Loading UI" never closed. I uninstalled and reinstalled Jaksta several times but the problem remained. At the last attempt, after manually deleting every folder and file named Jaksta I could find, the program apparently started correctly, but when I introduced the activation key I got the message "too many attempts to use this activation key". 

 I include the log files.


Please contact licensing support who can reset the number of uses on your key
