Your log shows that you are using a very outdated Mac OS that is compatible versions of Jaksta.
It is highly likely that is your issue, and you would need to start by updating the Mac OS.

Still not working after updating Mac OS (10.13.6) and a fresh install of Jaksta 2.2.5. Tried with Chrome, Safari and Maxthon.
Attached is the new log file.
I'm going to try a fresh install of Mac OS tonight.
Hi Ben,
The log file shows that you have the Always Record HTTP and Always Record RTMP settings turned ON. Try turning them OFF. They can be found under Preferences > Streaming
If you still have problems please send another clean log file.
If nothing easily fixable shows up then it may end up being that we need to build a fix into a future update to allow capturing from this site.

Streamate recording stopped working today (was able to record yesterday). Was using Jaksta 2.2.3, updated to 2.2.5 today with no change. Have tried using Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Maxthon.
