Error when using Auto

I was attempting do capture a webinar from this URL - https://events.genndi.com/replay/169105139238452438/fe4b1b3482/0/kP104958174Mk

Now I get the following result whenever I try to use Auto mode:

Please provide debug logs and I can have a look at what is happening on you machine.


Having issue trying to download this why? Do we need to configure something different


It is not installed then.  Click the install link below it to install winpcap.

If your machine has been upgraded recently and the winpcap install has been corrupted then use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall it and then reinstall it again.

u cant select winpcap

Select a network monitor (normally winpcap)

Settings > Internet Downloads > Winpcap Monitor
