Hi i'm considering on purchasing this product but everytime I try to record I get errors. Could someone please help me figure this out? Thanks. Here is my log:

Tried that with no luck. But then I realized after a little search in the forums, that I have a Slingbox 500 which is not supported. :( I hope one day it will be, because I think the program has a bunch of awesome features.
