I have tried downloading from Netflix but getting a few issues.

1st attempt the video didn't fill the screen when played back., it was cropped in the middle.  It was still the right ratio.

I then tried again and this time the video that it saved wont play and the preview is black.

I updated to latest version on 4th may.

Any ideas please

Sorted the 1st issue. I think it was the video itself.

Still having issues with the saved mp4 videos being blank.

Could this be a bug in the update?

I'm still trailing this at the moment.  Hopefully we can resolve this issue so I can go ahead and purchase.
