When this issue will be solved when we try to record and the image is all black?
I purchased a license and cannot use the main feature that I need.
Still looking at appropriate legal solutions and consistently provide good quality recordings.

A solution for the DVR on Windows 10 1809 has finally been implemented in the latest release -18.104.22.168
