YouTube live stream file naming is 'broken'

Thanks for letting me know. Fixed in the latest extraction engine update. Restart JMR to get it automatically.

Since yesterday all YouTube live streams (all the ones I've tried) are being named _.mp4, and sequential numbers are added to what would otherwise be duplicate/triplicate etc.
