Complete with errors

I have disabled secure boot, disabled vpn, tried both Npcap and Network monitors, application and stereo mix, recording and auto methods. I cannot get Jaksta to record anything. It constantly says complete with errors and 0 bytes, 


I do see in red "The requested address is not valid in its context 192.168.x.x:0


Is this an issue with my LAN? Do I need port forwarding turned on or something?
