Hi Gilles,
The error is likely the result of a failed download, but without any other information it is hard to say why.
Can you please provide a screenshot of the error, a link to the video that you are trying to download and any other relevant information?

You posted to the Mac forum but it looks like you are running the Windows version of Jaksta. I have moved your post to the Windows forum. You should get a response form our Windows tech support soon.

Okay but, t looks like uninstalling the program then deleting any else of it and then reinstalling I was able to run the media copy and copy video from YouTube
