Sounds strange.
What sort of recording are you doing? Audio recording - Application or What you hear or are you downloading?
Do you have the correct speakers selected in the Windows 10 system tray

Hello, I m able to record songs from the internet, but when I closed the program the speakers plugged into my sound card stopped working.
Windows10 Creative Sound Blaster Z Sound Card.
