Monitor. Sometimes selects the stream without video

This happens since a month or two in amateur.tv
For example, if I've configured the quality settings to be prompted with every download, in case of this cam, I can choose manually the correct stream (highlighted in green):
but, if I configure the quality settings to Highest and mp4, sometimes the Monitor selects the streams like hls-video1-Audio-2 - audio only, instead of 640x480 / AAC LC.
In the debug log, you can find a similar example if you follow the download to SaritaCox - 20200913 130018.ts
Can we force the monitor to always select a stream with video?
