Attached are the files. Tried running the Windows troubleshooter but got nowhere

Your logs show you trying to record https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Video/b/?&node=2858778011. which is the home page
You need to open the DVR Browser and go to the actual page hosting the video start playing it and then click record.

I have just started using.Jaksta. I mainly want to record movies from Netflix, Prime and Stan. I can streram and record from these sites but there is no audio from any of them. Any suggestions would be appreciated
