i am having the same problem as Baljit had. i went to privacy and unchecked and rechecked the jaksta screen recorder and the microphone. however, my problem continues.
I would suggest trying to do a basic reinstall - uninstall, reboot, reinstall.
Also make a point to perform the padlock unlock/lock process in the instructions listed above.
