Apologies for the delayed response.
The Mac and Windows versions of Jaksta work somewhat differently, so they often get different results. A successful or failed download in one does not necessarily mean that will be the result in the other.
If you are still having problems capturing the YouTube video then you can provide a link here and I can test it.
