Can you please elaborate and provide more details as to how specifically it has 'stopped working'? Is it crashing or freezing? Do the downloads fail?
And have you tried doing a basic reinstall?: uninstall (delete from Applications), reboot, reinstall.
Also make a point to try using different browsers if it is a capture issue. Results can vary between browsers.
Jaksta on my MAC OS (BIG SUR) stops working. I have reinstalled it and have the current version (2.2.5) on the computer. I'm using Safari.
