Jaksta

Hello, 

I recently had a lot of PC issues so my softwarre was installed on my old desktop several times with each install of WIndows.. and then that died so i had to install on my laptop and now i have my new pc finally and I am being told i activated my Jaksta too many times. Can you please fix this so I can install this on my new pc.. and chances are this pc is going back to where it came from (they sent me an AMD based machine when I specifically asked for Intel so they are swapping me out) 

Please help?
