I had great hope for your product. Seems decent. Sometimes it works OK but mostly I get video skipping when DVRing from VUDU

Skips occur:

4 sec Top of stairs

7 sec down the stairs

26 sec walking in hall

34 sec video cam

40 sec man in robe

126 sec getting shot

146 woman in car

Audio is not effected. Just video.

Please advise.

Will I be getting any feedback on this? Can I get a refund on my purchase?
